The meeting registration fee includes course materials, admission to the sessions and indicated meals. All registrants must pay the full registration fee. Spouses and accompanying guests who wish to attend the session must register. Please see the registration form for registration fee and early discount information.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be received in writing to be considered for refund. Cancellations on or before January 16, 2022, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations between January 17, 2022, and February 13, 2022, will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after February 14, 2022. All refunds are subject to a $25 processing fee.
